Vacancies in the Netherlands

Every 3 months, we are looking for 10 suitable nurses who, after training, wish to work in the Netherlands. Initially, this is for a period of three years to gain extensive practical experience. Afterwards, you will have the choice to stay or return to Namibia. Should you choose to return, we will assist you with that process and help you build a future in Namibia.

Nurses in care homes

You are the link between clients and their family and informal carers. You carry out basic tasks such as ADL care, administering medication, applying dressings, compression stockings and prostheses, changing stoma bags, and observing and reporting the progress of the client. You coordinate the care around your clients and ensure its continuity. You may also be appointed as the first point of contact for the client and their family. It is possible to take on additional tasks, such as providing workplace guidance to trainees within your team. We are happy to look at what suits you best! We believe it is important that you continue to learn so you can contribute to the quality of care.

As a Care Assistant IG, you are the familiar face for our residents. You provide structure, safety, and a pleasant, meaningful day.

You:
Develop suitable care plans together with colleagues and carry them out.
Observe and spot changes in health or behaviour.
Report carefully and clearly.
Work together with family, informal carers and other professionals.
Make use of modern aids for efficient and personal care.

We are saving new applications for every round in three months. Please ensure that your application is completely filled out. We will contact you around that time.

Before you are allowed to work in the Netherlands, you must fulfil many formalities. There are various requirements to qualify for a work permit in the Netherlands. Special requirements also apply to working in healthcare in the Netherlands.

To make a proper assessment of the feasibility of your application, we ask you to provide all the necessary information now. This means the application form is quite extensive. Please take the time to complete it and prepare thoroughly in advance.

The document consists of various questions about:

your personal situation
the education you have completed
your work experience
Copy of Passport / ID
Copy of diplomas

Completing the form will take about 20 minutes. You cannot save the form partway trough.

As soon as you have submitted it, you will receive a confirmation email.
