Only if you have successfully completed everything and are working in the Netherlands, you will repay us the costs. That is €250 per month for three years (36 months). Afterwards, this automatically stops if you decide to continue working and living in the Netherlands. If you decide to return to Namibia, we will pay for your flight ticket and actively help you in Namibia.
After three years, we offer you the opportunity to return to Namibia. By then, you will have gained plenty of additional practical experience and knowledge. CrossCare Namibia has a fund and will assist you in building a future in Namibia. This way, we can offer you a job at ADN in Swakopmund or in one of CrossCare Namibia’s projects. Of course, the choice is yours, and you may also choose to remain in the Netherlands.
