We receive emails from nurses who have difficulties in completing the application form. For those who can’t use it we kindly ask you to send us a complete CV and a copy of the required documents. It should at least contain the following information:

• Gender
• First/last name as stated on your ID
• Nationality
• Date of birth
• Your email and complete mobile phone number
• Your complete address
• Marital status
• If you have children
• What languages you speak
• Name of your secondary school / high school
• Start and end date of this school and how many years
• Your diploma
• Name of your school bachelor’s degree or nursing school
• Start and end date of this school and how many years
• Your diploma
• Other courses
• Your complete history with work experience
• Your motivation why you want to work in The Netherlands
• Your expectations of working abroad
• What do you already know about dementia
• If you have a PC or tablet
• If you have a microphone and camera for online lessons
• If you have a good internet connection
• That you agree that we will use all your data for all processes necessary te be allowed to work in The Netherlands

Documents / copy:
1. Passport or ID
2. Diplomas
3. Copy of Grade List for each year of your bachelor’s degree / nursing school
